The hotel was well-maintained and located in a central area close to shopping centers and restaurants. It was a nice little venue, making it convenient for our stay. The proximity to an event we were attending in Concord was a bonus.

This is a good basic fairly clean hotel providing decent sized rooms. The breakfast is complimentary, the staff are exceptionally nice. The setting is good, close enough to Pleasant Hill and coffee shop and restaurants and businesses, really quiet area.

Just off stores & restaurants, Korean bbq restaurant, and downtown Pleasant Hill. Adequate and functional room with multiple channels on the TV and WiFi. Comes with a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge.

The room was clean and neat and everything worked. It was a very convenient location for us. It seems they are working hard to keep the place up. I would stay there again.
The breakfast was minimal.

The phone next to the bed did not work. Maid service was non existent. I was there 3 nights and no one ever cleaned the room. I think the cleaning crew stats at 4pm in the afternoon The Breakfast room was dirty and limited choices

We had a wonderful stay at this place, offering good value, situated centrally near an event we attended in a neighboring town.

The room and breakfast room were very clean. The proprietor was quick about finding out why our tv remote wouldn't work.
The only complaint - and I didn't report this to the hotel - is that after the 2nd night of a a 3-night stay our room didn't get cleaned or freshened up. Perhaps this was an oversight by the staff?

The area is nice.
Lobby smelled like food cooking. The room was in desparate need of renovation. I checked the mattress to make sure there weren't bed bugs, luckily there weren"t. Bed was uncomfortable. Decor was very dated. If I were paying for the room, I would not have even considered it.
